Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents
Conduct occupational therapy treatments, including exercises, activities, and interventions
Monitor and record progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to provide comprehensive care and support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers to promote independence and wellness
Requirements:
1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Current certification/licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Missouri.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
