Work in an exciting and meaningful field teaching children with developmental disabilities ages Pre-K to 21 years old.
Responsiblities for this position include working with individual students or groups of students on special instructional projects, assting the teacher with development of appropriate learning experiences and instructional materials and promotes as positive learning environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and has passed the New York State Teacher Certification Exam (ATAS) and minimum of Level 1 Teacher Assistant Certification.
