What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner position at Aspire Professional Talent Solutions?
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 8-10 roles simultaneously across various functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant job boards and company career pages.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers and drive the recruitment process to closure.
- Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and provide recruitment metrics/reporting as needed.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive talent landscape to improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates for niche and high-volume roles.
- Strong experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with C-Suite hiring managers
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid setting.
Work Schedule & Location:
- Hybrid – 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) in Naperville, IL office, remaining days remote.
- Contract role with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
