Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for 8-10 roles simultaneously across various functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant job boards and company career pages.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers and drive the recruitment process to closure.
  • Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and provide recruitment metrics/reporting as needed.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive talent landscape to improve recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates for niche and high-volume roles.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with C-Suite hiring managers
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid setting.


Work Schedule & Location:

  • Hybrid3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) in Naperville, IL office, remaining days remote.
  • Contract role with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
