Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is comfortable working outdoors, and is committed to providing excellent service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining residential pools on a weekly basis — ensuring they’re clean, safe, and chemically balanced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly maintenance on assigned pools (skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, backwashing filters, etc.)
- Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, etc.)
- Inspect pool equipment and report any issues (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
- Communicate with the office or customers when needed regarding service or concerns
- Keep detailed service logs using our mobile app
- Drive a company or personal vehicle to customer locations (within assigned route)
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Willingness to learn – training is provided
- Previous experience in pool maintenance is a plus, but not required

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
