Now hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient physical therapy office.
Aspire Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our staff. Aspire PT is a single private practice clinic located in Enumclaw, Washington. We serve the people of Enumclaw and the surrounding communities. We commit ourselves to effective, timely and caring treatment for our patients. Because we are a small practice, relationships between our staff, our patients and our referral sources are paramount to providing great care. Our 14 year success as a business is built on long term relationships and quality care. Our patients are scheduled every 45 minutes and we work one on one with all patients. We primarily work with patients with orthopedic conditions but also see patients with neurological conditions. We have specialists in Lymphatics, Vestibular and movement disorders such as Parkinson's. Our clientele cover all age ranges from children and adolescents to adults and the elderly. Our treatment approach focuses on functional movement and exercise, manual therapy and patient education.
Additionally, we incorporate AI-assisted charting which dramatically reduces the paperwork burden often experienced by therapists. We have seen remarkable reductions in charting time, improvements in documentation accuracy and justification of medical necessity. Our charting system is exclusive to the PT setting and provides incredible levels of customization along with support in all aspects of patient charting, billing and scheduling.

The physical therapist will perform initial evaluations, develop a plan of care, provide treatment interventions in accordance with current laws, ethics and research, guide and direct ancillary staff, and assist with clinic flow.
We can build the schedule around your preference - part time or full time employment.
Clinic operation is weekdays between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Competitive salary dependent upon experience with vacation, sick leave, medical benefits available. State PT license fee, CPR training and continuing education allowance included.
