We are looking for a full time LPN to provide on-site quality health care to people with disabilities that attend our day program in Cheektowaga, NY.
The position is Monday – Friday, 8a-4p.
Responsibilities include nursing services, medical documentation, medication administration and coordination of pharmaceutical services.

Requirements:
- Valid LPN License
- One (1) year of professional clinical nursing experience
