Aspire of Western New York is seeking an entry-level Human Resource Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative Human Resources team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Employment & Staffing functions of the HR Department. The focus is on hiring individuals to support Aspire’s mission in being a leading provider of supports to people with developmental disabilities.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with HR experience and a strong work ethic. Requires the ability to prioritize and multi task with attention to detail. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate Microsoft applications, cloud based software and databases.
Responsibilities include answering phones, providing reception services, greeting both internal and external customers, making copies, filing, scheduling and providing general administrative support to the HR Department.
Requirements:
- Associates degree with 1 year of work related experience OR High school diploma with 3 years of work related experience

Rate of Pay: $18 – $21 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
