Aspire of WNY is seeking a self-motivated individual with administrative experience and a strong work ethic for a full-time opening in Cheektowaga, NY. This position requires the ability to prioritize and multi-task with attention to detail. Aspire of WNY is looking for a well-organized candidate with excellent communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include answering phones, providing reception services, making copies, preparing outgoing mail, typing and formatting reports, scheduling appointments and ordering of supplies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years administrative experience
