Human Resources Coordinator – Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team. This position plays a key role in supporting our daily HR operations by recruiting and onboarding employees, maintaining personnel records, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Amazon standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and completion of employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation remains compliant.
- Support employee relations by responding to questions regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and workplace concerns.
- Assist with payroll preparation by tracking attendance, timekeeping, and personnel changes.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, Amazon DSP requirements, and applicable employment laws.
- Partner with operations leadership to support staffing needs and employee performance initiatives.
- Help organize employee recognition programs, training, and engagement activities.
- Perform general administrative and HR support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR information systems is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
