Housekeeper

Overview:

Aspire Housekeeping is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in personal or vacation home cleaning positions. This is a W-2 employee position with comprehensive benefits.

Duties:

• Perform thorough housekeeping of personal and vacation homes (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and more)
• Perform onsite or nearby offsite laundry services for vacation homes (washing, drying, folding, & installing/removing linens)
• Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists for each location
• Safely handle all company cleaning supplies & equipment
• Maintain client confidentiality & security
• Communicate professionally with clients & management
• Track time accurately through company systems
• Report low supplies such as toiletries & linens for vacation homes
• Report any safety hazards or concerns promptly
• Use only company-approved & provided cleaning products & equipment
• Report any damaged items to HR immediately
• Handle client keys & security codes with utmost care
• Document completed work with photographs as required
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Personal reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel to all of the following cities: Riverside, Corona, Norco, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Irvine, and other surrounding nearby areas
• Valid driver's license - must pass DMV check
• Ability to pass I-9 E-Verify Employment Authorization
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to complete required onboarding forms & contracts
• Ability to travel in rain conditions
• Housekeeping, custodial, or similar janitorial roles is required
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Excellent independent time management with ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Strong communication skills & customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends & holidays
• Open Availability to accept shifts with short notice
• Willingness to document completed work with photographs (required for payment)
• Consistent reliability in meeting deadlines & completing scheduled jobs

Hours & Scheduling:

• Part-time position
