Aspire Health Partners, Inc. (Aspire), is a non-profit 501(c)3 behavioral healthcare organization. Aspire Health Partners is Florida’s largest Behavioral Health Non-Profit that provides a full continuum of behavioral healthcare services across six (6) Central Florida Counties; Brevard, Hillsborough, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole.

Position Overview:

As a Therapist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions in order to assist psychiatric inpatient clients to achieve and maintain stability. These functions include, but are not limited to, facilitating group and individual therapy, identifying placement needs and supportive linking resources, interviewing clients to aid in completing their psychosocial assessments and developing their treatment plans with an emphasis on immediate discharge goals, efficiently documenting all activities, conducting activities with the client, client families and/or significant others, providing regular input to the treatment plan, providing support and crisis intervention when necessary, completing training in order to continuously enhance job performance, and showing flexibility and teamwork. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Job Functions:

• Provide supportive individual and group counseling to caseload to assist clients in meeting treatment goals and objectives. Document all interactions in a timely manner according to company best practices guidelines.
• Complete all necessary intake paperwork, including psychosocial assessments, BASC, initial treatment plans (if applicable).
• Provide solution-focused (or other accepted brief therapy) clinical interventions in individual, group or family therapeutic activities.
• Prepare accurate clinical and billing documentation and meet all required standards in quality, accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish collaborative relationships with host site personnel and/or other community providers.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge or directories of community resources.
• Maintain all necessary training/CEU obligations keep up-to-date with best practices of therapeutic interventions.
• Attend all required staff meetings, clinical staffing and host site events (if applicable).
• Comply with all relevant ethical codes/standards of conduct
• Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other related fields

• Pass a Motor Vehicle Records review and have a valid FL Driver's License
