What will you do? As a Nursing Supervisor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to provide leadership, coordination and services.
These functions include:
- Providing daily services in your assigned service role either directly to participants or on a program support team.
- Providing task and clinical supervision to program staff, if applicable.
- Assisting upper management with interviewing, selection and training of new employees.
- Documenting clearly and effectively in the Electronic Health Record, when applicable.
- Communicating effectively with team and leadership members.
- Conducting in service staff or community trainings.
- Following all program specific protocols in relation to specified role.
- Maintaining all required credentials necessary to perform job functions.
Qualifications
Dependent upon program specifications:
- 1 year working with target population
- Pass a Level II Background clearance
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Records clearance
