Job Purpose: As the Help Desk Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is provide professional and courteous end user technical support in a fast paced team oriented environment

Job Functions

• Assist in all aspects of the management and maintenance of the Company, multi-campus Window based network.
• Build, configure, repair and maintain workstations and laptops.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and electronically.
• Move equipment as necessary.
• Train and support end users in all aspects of systems operation.
• Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

• Level II Background clearance- All Aspire Health Partners Internships and Careers require Level 2 clearance, with Aspire covering fingerprinting costs. Click https://info.flclearinghouse.c... to learn more.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
• High School diploma or equivalent
• AA degree in computer-related preferred
• Technical certifications (A , MCP) a plus
