- Enter and update patient and medical data into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Handle customer support inquiries related to medical administration
- Manage and maintain accurate records using CRM and specialized medical billing software
- Verify and troubleshoot patient information and billing details
- Support cross-departmental communication and administrative tasks
- Assist in complaint handling and information verification
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to organize reports and correspondence
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in medical administration
- High school diploma or equivalent
