Description
We are seeking a kind, professional Patient Care Coordinator for our San Francisco clinic.
Job Duties
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused support throughout all stages of fertility care and treatment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, physicians, clinical staff, and external partners regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Maintain knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when discussing sensitive or complex information with patients and families.
- Accurately manage patient records, scheduling, and documentation using EMR systems and standard office technology.
- Respond to questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues, gather information, and support timely resolutions.
- Interpret and apply written, verbal, and procedural instructions accurately in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Build positive working relationships with physicians, staff, vendors, and patients to support a seamless patient experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinical and administrative workflows, contributing to enhanced patient care and operational efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of medical administrative experience REQUIRED
- Bilingual a plus!
