About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Provide professional dental hygiene care, including dental cleanings and preventive treatment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive dental care.
- Assess patients' oral health and communicate relevant findings to the dentist.
- Take dental X-rays as permitted by applicable licensing and training requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with dentists and the dental team to deliver excellent patient care.
- Help patients feel comfortable and build positive, lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license appropriate for the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
- Commitment to preventive dentistry, patient comfort, and quality oral healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively with a dental team.
