We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be accountable for supporting efficient warehouse operations through accurate product movement, safe equipment operation, and maintaining organized inventory flow.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 1st
- Hours: 6AM – 2:30PM
- Weekend Availability: Required
- Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $24.00
- Accurately lot, scan, and store finished goods in the correct warehouse locations.
- Pull and stage finished products to fulfill customer orders and prepare outbound loads.
- Unload incoming raw materials and store them in the proper designated areas.
- Safely operate forklifts (sit‑down and high‑reach) to move materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas to support safe and efficient operations.
- Document inventory movements and transactions accurately within SAP.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food processing environment.
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous forklift experience with sit‑down and high‑reach lifts.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse systems.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and operate in a team environment.
- Experience in a regulated or food‑manufacturing warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with scanning and inventory processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to assist across warehouse tasks as needed.
Salary : $21 - $24
