Operator 3, Bakery-Relief L7 - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coverage across multiple production lines by collaborating with machine operators and leads while following all equipment manuals and Aspire SOPs
• Maintain adherence to GMPs, health and safety rules, and food safety practices during relief assignments
• Utilize Aspire AOE training with Centerline and CIL daily management systems
• Participate in root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining standard work procedures
• Performs area walk daily to detect issues & defects to help reduce and maintain waste levels
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least 6 months as an Ingredient operator or related experience
• Prior experience in a fast-paced production or packing environment is preferred
• Ability to understand and operate mixing process controls and makes adjustments when necessary
• Basic knowledge of dough mixing and operating mixing equipment
• Ability to write clearly and legibly and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to work with computers and operating screens
  
  

Shift: 3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am (Must be able to work weekends)

Pay Rate: $24 - $25 per hour
