About The Role

We are seeking an Operator 2 Bakery – McGriddle to join our team at our Ontario, CA bakery. In this role, you will support production continuity by rotating through all positions within the product area to relieve team members during breaks and lunches while ensuring product quality, food safety, and accurate documentation are consistently maintained.

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 2PM – 10:30PM

Compensation

• Hourly Range: $23.00 – $24.00
  
  

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Support continuous production by performing all positions within the product area during breaks and lunches
• Assist in production and wrapping operations to meet daily output and quality expectations
• Maintain proper staging of product for counting and trailer loading
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications
• Complete accurate, legible, and timely production and food safety documentation
• Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety, Quality, Allergen, and HACCP policies
• Communicate promptly with supervision regarding food safety, quality, or equipment concerns
  
  

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Ability to read, write, and complete clear, accurate, and legible documentation
• Understanding of food safety, quality, and GMP requirements
• Ability to perform multiple production roles as required
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success)

• Experience in a commercial bakery or food manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with allergen control and HACCP principles
• Prior experience rotating across multiple production positions
