Operator 1, Bakery-Oven (L7) - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product formation, slicing, and alignment meet specifications from proofer plates through oven exit and onto cooling conveyor
• Monitor product quality throughout the baking process and assist operator with proof box and oven process controls
• Coordinate, train, and direct oven area employees while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Manage cutting blade maintenance, sharpness, and proper disposal procedures
• Complete accurate and timely data entry for all production records
• Utilize Aspire AOE training with Centerline and CIL daily management systems
• Participate in root cause analysis, daily area walks, and continuous improvement initiatives while training others on standard work procedures
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Ability to write clearly and legibly and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English
• Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to work with computers and operating screens

Shift: 3rd Shift 10pm - 6:30am (Must be able to work weekends)

Hourly Rate: $20.00-$21.25
