Join Aspire Bakeries in Swedesboro, NJ and partner with operations leaders to champion a fair, consistent, and compliant workplace. You will be both the site’s Employee Relations authority and the embedded HR Business Partner for a major production line in a dynamic, around-the-clock environment.

What You’ll Do- Own complex/high-risk ER issues, conducting objective investigations and guiding policy-aligned outcomes.
- Serve as HRBP to assigned production lines, aligning talent strategies to operational goals.
- Coach leaders on performance management, documentation discipline, and leadership behaviors.
- Standardize and maintain ER playbooks, templates, and investigation processes that align with enterprise policies.
- Ensure consistent application of attendance and performance policies with strong, defensible documentation.
- Lead site expertise on Performance Management and PIP execution, including follow-up and measurement.
- Mine ER data to identify patterns, mitigate risk, and improve culture and leadership effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, labor relations, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR/ER experience, including 2 years leading complex investigations.
- Solid command of employment law and ER best practices.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or 24/7 operations.
- Close partnership with operations leaders supporting large frontline teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability; trend and root-cause identification.
- Change management experience during line ramp-ups, restructures, or transformations.
- Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000

Compensation is determined by factors including location, shift, education, skills, and relevant experience. The posted range reflects candidates who meet the qualifications listed; those exceeding them may be eligible for additional compensation. We offer a robust total rewards package. For union-represented roles, wages and ranges are set by applicable collective bargaining agreements.
