Join the Aspire Advanced team as a Customer Sales Associate, an essential front-line role supporting our customers and driving our company’s continued growth. This is an on-site, office-based sales position at our headquarters in Long Island, New York, where you will collaborate with a high-energy team, engage directly with customers, and provide tailored product and service consultations.
At Aspire Advanced, our Customer Sales Associates serve as trusted advisors for both individual consumers and local small-to-medium businesses. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, delivering personalized recommendations, supporting new and existing accounts, and ensuring every interaction provides value, clarity, and a positive experience.
As a Customer Sales Associate, you will:
- Represent Aspire Advanced’s core mission by consulting, educating, and guiding customers toward the right solutions.
- Drive new account acquisition and support local business clientele through consultation-focused selling, relationship building, and account support.
- Be given the tools to succeed through comprehensive training, internal support systems, and long-term career growth opportunities.
- Recommend personalized communication, internet, streaming, and Smart Home service solutions, based on customer needs
- Process new accounts, service requests, upgrades, and account updates using internal CRM systems
- Maintain accurate, organized records of client communication, task progress, and sales activity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual KPIs and group sales targets
- Stay informed on current promotions, product launches, service offerings, and digital home solutions
- Deliver a friendly, professional, consultative customer sales experience every day in our Long Island office
What We’re Looking For
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and attributes:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must commute to our Long Island, NY office
- Must have reliable transportation (this is not a remote position)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport, lead conversations, and deliver consultative recommendations
- Energetic and professional approach to customers
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, account support, or client engagement
- Interest in technology-based lifestyle services and digital home solutions
