Aspirational Health is a concierge-style, whole-health medical wellness practice grounded in the principles of preventive primary care and lifestyle medicine. Our clinical focus spans metabolic health, cardiovascular health, mental health, gut health, hormone health, weight management, and substance avoidance. Our dietitian is an essential part of our multidisciplinary model, working directly with the medical team to help patients understand nutrition in a simple, empowering, and highly personalized way. Through fundamentals-focused education, SMART goal setting, and consistent follow-up, our dietitian supports patients in creating meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes. Our in-office body composition scale, patient portal, medical assistants, and concierge-style access further strengthen continuity of care.
Position Overview (Part-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our team one clinic day per week, with patients scheduled on a structured follow-up plan. You will develop individualized nutrition plans that promote metabolic, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal health and enhance long-term wellbeing, supporting our broader preventive and whole-health care model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments incorporating medical history, laboratory data, body composition analysis, and lifestyle patterns.
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans that promote metabolic health, support preventive longterm approaches, and align with each patient’s overall treatment plan.
- Collaborate closely with the medical team across metabolic, cardiovascular, gut, hormone, and mental health domains.
- Provide clear, patient-centric nutrition education rooted in lifestyle medicine and preventive care principles.
- Establish SMART goals and maintain accountability through structured follow-up visits.
- Support behavior change through motivational coaching and practical guidance.
- Document all assessments, plans, follow-ups, and progress notes within the EMR.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care discussions and contribute to ongoing whole-health strategy development.
Preferred Experience & Required Competencies
- Strong understanding of nutrition science, human physiology, and lifestyle medicine principles.
- Experience treating patients with diabetes, including incorporating CGM data into nutrition and care planning, is a major advantage.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology and its role in metabolic and cardiovascular health is highly helpful in patient coaching.
- Proficiency in assessing labs and body composition metrics to guide care.
- Skilled in health coaching, patient motivation, and behavior-change strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
- Required: Knowledge of CPT codes and ICD-10 coding relevant to nutrition and preventive care in order to support accurate medical billing for insurance-based services.
- Competence with EMR documentation and structured clinical workflows.
- Commitment to patient-centered, preventive care and long-term wellness.
