🔍 Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff and volunteers
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive team environment
- Plan and assign work to ensure effective service delivery
- Oversee daily program operations and ensure alignment with goals and funding requirements
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and quality
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and agency policies
- Manage program resources within budget guidelines
- Provide case management, referrals, and resource navigation
- Facilitate workshops, group activities, and student events
- Support youth engagement in enrichment and community-based opportunities
- Deliver services using trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and community partners
- Coordinate services to expand access for students and families
- Represent the program in meetings and collaborative initiatives
- Track program data and use insights to guide decision-making
- Support program planning, evaluation, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education, youth development, or human services
- Experience supervising or leading staff
- Experience working with adolescents in school-based or community programs
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirements
- Implementation of evidence-based curriculum
- Community partnership development
- Training staff, volunteers, or students
- Strong leadership and team development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage and motivate youth
- Knowledge of community resources and service systems
- Cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed approach
