Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)Department: Inside SalesReports To: VP of Sales and Commercial Analytics Location: Hybrid POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the VP of Sales and Commercial Analytics, the Inside Sales rep will be responsible for developing new leads in white space areas by gauge interest and establishing meetings for Market Development Managers to ensure a smooth sales process for legacy and net new customers. The ISR is accountable for identifying opportunities for rapid growth to drive and exceed their sales targets, grow new physician base, and eliminate ease of use issues by bridging the gap between physicians and Aspira Women’s Health while resolving all customer concerns expeditiously. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a passionate, driven, strategic and dynamic sales professional with strong customer service and experience skills. This individual has strong skills in developing white space markets, securing new customers, supporting in field sales personnel, and servicing customers with best-in-class service. This role is an imperative complement to the commercial team with the ability to develop and grow business in all areas of need.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITY/PERFORMANCE MEASURESResponsible for establishing strategies for exponential growth.Develop white space areas to ensure high levels of new growth, adoption, and penetration. Work in collaboration with existing Field Sales team to promote territory growth and identify open doors.Provide feedback to headquarters on ease-of-use issues and voice of the customer – drive issues to resolution to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. Promote all upcoming Webinars and Sales events in targeted areas. Work with high levels of communication and effectiveness both internally and externally. Drive commercial activation campaigns set by Field Sales Team MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: BA/BS University Degree Professional Experience: 2 years B2B Sales ExperienceIndustry Experience: 2 years Healthcare/Biotech Sales Experience Additional Qualifications: 2 years Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESCommunication: Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to know when to talk and when to listen; listen for common objections and utilize sales training to overcome them.Teamwork: Ability to work in a teamwork environment with operations, marketing or other sales team members.
