Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly: $45/hr
• Annual Range: $100K-$120K A Year!
• Performance Bonuses: Wage/Commission/Bonus
• Hiring Bonus: $2000
• Commissions range from $15k - $20k per year

Location: Weymouth, MA

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday. 7:00am - 3:30PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical school or HVAC training program is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Intermediate knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Skills:

• NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with advanced tools and diagnostic equipment used in HVAC work.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to work in various positions, including standing, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 2 HVAC Residential Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering an excellent customer experience. Core Responsibilities:

• Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform intermediate-level installation tasks, including setting up HVAC equipment and connecting components.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC equipment, identifying and replacing defective parts as needed.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to prolong equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep up to date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
