Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical school or HVAC training program is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Intermediate knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles.
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is required.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

Core Responsibilities:
- Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Perform intermediate-level installation tasks, including setting up HVAC equipment and connecting components.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC equipment, identifying and replacing defective parts as needed.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to prolong equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep up to date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
