Position Overview: The Concrete Finisher/Laborer will focus on concrete finishing and labor activities on job sites. This role requires an individual who can ensure high-quality craftsmanship, meet project deadlines, and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in concrete finishing, layout & setup, and a passion for delivering results with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on concrete finishing, including smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces.
- Perform all necessary setup and tear down of formwork & grading associated with both asphalt and concrete projects.
- Coordinate labor activities and allocate tasks based on skill level and project needs.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and comply with all safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity while fostering a positive work environment.
- Uphold company values of respect, integrity, and solution-focused leadership throughout the team.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience as a concrete finisher or laborer
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
