Asphalt Sales / Estimator – Base Commission (High Earning Potential)
We are a family-owned paving company with decades of experience serving Central Florida. We take pride in doing the job right the first time and are looking to add a motivated individual to help grow our business.
This is a field-based role, not a desk job. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients onsite, measuring projects, preparing estimates, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with property managers, business owners, and homeowners onsite
- Measure and estimate asphalt paving, sealcoating, and repair work
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage jobs from initial contact through closing
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience REQUIRED (construction industry preferred)
- Self-motivated and driven (no micromanagement)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling locally
- Reliable transportation is REQUIRED (fuel will be provided)
Compensation:
- Base pay commission
- Earnings typically range from $50,000 to $100,000 per year
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
