Lead Estimator

Asphalt Icons is seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to oversee estimating operations for our asphalt and civil construction projects in Central Florida. This role will prepare and approve project bids, analyze civil drawings, and lead one estimator while reviewing bids from estimators and sales representatives.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates from civil drawings and specifications
• Lead and oversee the estimating process and approve final bids
• Conduct cost analysis and competitive bid reviews
• Collaborate with project managers, sales reps, and leadership
• Ensure profitability and alignment with company goals
  

• Extensive experience estimating civil construction drawings (required)
• Background in asphalt, site work, or construction
• Leadership experience in estimating
• Strong Excel, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  

$50,100 – $77,900 annually, based on experience
