Swim Instructor - UES (79297)

Position Overview: 
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Instructors to join our aquatic team across multiple locations. As a Swim Instructor, you will play an essential role in helping participants build confidence, develop swimming skills, and maintain a safe and positive learning environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Teach swim lessons to participants of various ages and skill levels following program curriculum and safety standards. 

• Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and feedback to support skill development. 

• Maintain constant supervision of participants to ensure a safe aquatic environment. 

• Set up and break down equipment as needed for each class. 

• Communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, and supervisors regarding progress and program expectations. 

• Support the pool team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
