Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging swim lessons for participants of various ages and skill levels while following established curriculum and safety standards.
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, encouragement, and constructive feedback to support participant growth and confidence in the water.
- Maintain active supervision of participants at all times to ensure a safe and positive aquatic environment.
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere for participants and families.
- Prepare and organize equipment before and after classes to support smooth program operations.
- Communicate professionally with participants, caregivers, and supervisors regarding progress, goals, and program expectations.
- Collaborate with fellow aquatics team members and assist with additional operational needs as necessary.

Swimming ability and comfort teaching in the water.

Prior experience teaching swim lessons or working with children, but training is provided.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
