As a Travel Crew Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our crew with various tasks related to asphalt paving and maintenance projects. This position will require traveling to different job sites within Wisconsin and occasionally to neighboring states.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the preparation of job sites by removing debris, setting up barriers, and directing traffic.
- Operate hand and power tools to assist with asphalt paving, patching, and sealing.
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for an extended period of time.
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
