We’re hiring a versatile and motivated individual to take a leadership role in the field—supporting and overseeing daily operations in asphalt paving, maintenance, or concrete, depending on your background.
This role can range from hands-on field leader to division-level operations support, depending on your strengths and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Help plan and execute daily jobs in paving, maintenance, or concrete
Lead or support field crews depending on job size and complexity
Coordinate materials, trucking, and equipment needs
Work closely with foremen, project managers, and dispatch
Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job
Be a go-to resource for problem-solving and crew coordination
Support a productive, team-first culture
Ideal Experience:
3 years in construction or trades, ideally in paving, maintenance, or concrete
Comfortable leading others or growing into leadership
Organized, dependable, and a clear communicator
Valid driver’s license
CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus
