Position Description: The Physical Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining ATD's physical security and crisis management programs to protect people, property, and assets. This role oversees security systems, vendor relationships, and investigative processes, applying a layered security approach to reduce risk, prevent loss, and ensure operational resilience. Travel expected 40% of the time. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain ATD’s physical security and crisis management programs across all facilities. Lead the development of a written physical security program, including policies, procedures, and standards. Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure best-in-class security performance. Develop and manage the annual physical security budget, including forecasting, capital planning, and expense tracking. Conduct physical security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. Facilitate tabletop exercises and emergency response drills to strengthen crisis preparedness. Lead and support complex theft investigations, collaborating with law enforcement and external agencies as needed. Develop and ensure delivery of site-level security awareness training, covering topics such as crisis response, evacuation, workplace violence, and disaster recovery. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security systems, including alarms, CCTV, AI analytics, and other advanced technologies by IT. Manage national security guard service providers (armed and unarmed), ensuring compliance with service level agreements and operational standards. Recommend and implement countermeasures to reduce exposure to theft, loss, and other security risks.
