Position Description: Lead Customer Integration Specialist engages customers where technology resource or capability gaps exist, facilitating integration with our digital portfolio. This role will collaborate closely with customers to assess integration needs, executing solutions to enhance connectivity and engagement between our company and its clientele. Key Responsibilities Assist in the onboarding and testing process for customers utilizing integrated technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and effective deployment. Communicate progress, milestones, and deliverables effectively to both customers and internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment. Conduct customer needs analyses Design and implement technology solutions that facilitate seamless integration processes between our company and customers, enhancing operational efficiency. Develop clear timelines for the development and execution of bridging capabilities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer requirements. Evaluate and identify opportunities or gaps in integration between company and customer technologies. Provide insightful reports and recommendations. Business Case Contribution - Ability to interpret, contribute to, or lead business case creation with client departments to quantify current costs, justify project investment, and identify the return on investment; Analysis Skills, Business Cases, Cost Benefit Analysis, Make (Build) or Buy Analysis, Risk Analysis; Benchmarking and Market Analysis, Business Capability Analysis, Business Rules Analysis, Market Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, SWOT Analysis Business Insights - Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals. Business Requirements Analysis - Ability to express user needs in terms of business requirements, identify current capability of the business to deliver, conduct build or buy analyses, and recommend preferred approach; Analysis Skills, Determine acceptance and evaluation criteria, Focus groups, Observation, Prioritization, SWOT analysis, requirements analysis software Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Courage - Stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said. Data Collection and Analysis - The ability and skill to determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making including proficient use of aligned software (e.g., Tableau, etc) Decision Quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
