Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Associate role focused on driving eyewear and sunwear sales across assigned accounts and territories. The Sales Associate will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by conducting virtual sales calls, presenting product lines, and promoting key collections such as TurboFlex, EasyClip, EasyTwist, and Takumi. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner. The role also involves maintaining detailed customer records in CRM tools, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams such as customer service, marketing, and operations. The Sales Associate will stay current on product features, market trends, and competitor activity to provide informed recommendations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in relationship-based selling, account management, and customer service within a B2B or B2C environment.
- Ability to conduct effective remote sales activities, including virtual presentations, product demos, and follow-up communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse customer needs.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, order entry platforms, and common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
- Comfort with learning technical product features and explaining eyewear technology and benefits in clear, accessible language.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, including managing pipelines, prioritizing leads, and meeting sales targets.
- Experience in eyewear, fashion, medical device, or related consumer product industries is an asset but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
