The Role We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to oversee the overall product strategy across our Enterprise Operations Platform (EOP). This role requires a strategic thinker with deep product management experience, strong technical acumen in the automation space and a passion for innovation and customer success. The Senior Director Product Management (EOP) will be responsible for the product management while driving alignment across relevant stakeholder groups, including existing and potential customers, Product Marketing, Sales & Services and other relevant stakeholder. The focus will be on the overall growth and success of the Enterprise Operations Platform to ensure all software products and solutions are delivered to the market on-time with high-quality. Your Impact Strategic Leadership & Vision Develop and execute a compelling product strategy that delivers high-impact capabilities and delights customers globally. Drive growth and adoption of new and existing products, focused on Inmation as the Data Fabric and Core Product within the Enterprise Operations Platform Maintain a strong customer-focused balance between strategy, technology, business acumen, and execution. Advocate strategic, technology, and go-to-market direction through internal and external presentations. Product Management Places a very significant emphasis on innovation, which is key to differentiation Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to ensure differentiated offerings. Maintains a very strong focus on competition and incorporating competitive considerations in strategic and tactical plans Evangelizes the Enterprise Operations Platform in all industries Maintains a strong customer focused balance between strategy, technology, business acumen, and real-world execution Lead product development programs across the full software development lifecycle—from definition and planning to release. Plan and facilitate product roadmap planning and regular review meetings. Define and coordinate release planning processes, including milestones, metrics, product launch, and exit criteria. Provide relevant and timely reporting, metrics, and analysis to stakeholders. Ensure project status, risks, and open issues are documented and communicated effectively. Coordinate and maintain an integrated delivery calendar. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive, can-do philosophy with high aspirations. Take initiative and bring the right people together to brainstorm solutions, drive consensus and ensure successful outcomes, liaise with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services to ensure alignment. Secure close cooperation with R&D Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and establish a reputation for industry thought leadership. Engage with key partners to leverage resources and maximize product impact. Core Competencies: Customer Centric: Maintains a strong focus on delivering value to customers. What You'll Need 10 years of progressive product-centric technology leadership. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferred, MBA a plus. Proven track record in product management leadership. Strong technology background with the ability to engage in technical conversations with customers and development teams. Experience in Enterprise OT-data management domains. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and foster cross-functional collaboration. High integrity, entrepreneurial mindset, and a growth-oriented approach. Strategic thinker with critical thinking and decision-making capabilities. Experience in managing and scaling teams.
