Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity to join our Finance and Accounting team as a Senior Accountant. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post standard and non-standard journal entries during the month-end and year-end close. Reconciling balance sheet and P&L accounts monthly. Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial statements. Prepare audit schedules and assist with external audits. Prepare joint venture service fee entries and monthly statements. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues. Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures. Support implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred). 3 years of related experience. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with ability to learn new tools quickly. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and operate independently. Workday Financials ERP experience a plus. Healthcare industry experience a plus.
