Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:
- Answer phones to assist customers
- Assist with scheduling inspections and installations
- Daily phone calls to active installations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Daily phone calls to confirm the next days schedule
- Biweekly phone calls to keep customers informed on timeline
- Attach files and all communications to the customer's file
- Create installer packets with loan completion forms or invoices
- Assist with ordering materials
- Submit Aspen and manufacturer warranties
- Performs other duties, as assigned

Education and/or Experience for Office Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a home improvement company or similar environment.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus not but required.
Required Skills for Office Coordinator:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel).
- Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.
- Must demonstrate prior success in time management and dependability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Income and Bonus opportunities based off experience.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
