Responsible for scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling and preregistering of outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory departments, procedures, and surgery by collecting all necessary information for schedule and registration preparation.

- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience with EPIC preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
