What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, including pulling and backing trailers
- Navigate and drive in heavy traffic conditions
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment between job sites and the warehouse
- Lift and move items up to 60 pounds regularly
- Perform physical tasks involving bending at the waist and knees
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with warehouse organization
- Operate a forklift (preferred but not required)
- Use basic computer systems for inventory tracking and communication
- Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – Preferred
- Proven ability to pull and back trailers safely and efficiently
- Comfortable driving in high-traffic areas
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Available for full-time work with flexibility for occasional overtime
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Basic computer knowledge (inventory systems, email, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aerial lineman or telecommunications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- Strong knowledge of line construction tools, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in coax and fiber installation, pole transfers, and new builds.
- Ability to carry 75–80 lbs., including extension ladders.
- Comfortable working at heights of 20 feet.
- Capable of bending, climbing, crawling, and lifting throughout the work shift.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and in various weather conditions.
