Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Client Solutions Specialist. The Client Solutions Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing guidance on financial and operational software modules, and ensuring clients maximize the value of Aspen Systems' solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with accounting and its application in enterprise solutions
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in using business software tools and applications
- Previous experience in the food industry or enterprise software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
