- Driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy
- Ability to Minimize delinquencies and collecting 100% rent each month
- Skilled at motivating and supporting associates to meet and exceed the goals
- Create and execute successful resident retention strategies
- Ability to develop and implement creative and extensive marketing campaigns
- Promote opportunities in the company and assist in building the team.
- Ability to sell & close the deal
- Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
- 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.
