Essential Department Functions: The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for supporting the maintenance supervisor and team with an emphasis on basic admin, scheduling and staff support.
Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following as additional duties may be assigned:
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team at Legacy at West Cobb
- Scheduling & Service report tracking
- Assist in safety program facilitation
- Microsoft Office functions, scanning, copying, and filing;
- Facilitate database entry, organization, and maintenance;
- Contractor coordination
- Offer exemplary customer service and support while communicating with employees and vendors.
- Uphold Company policies and act in a professional manner
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in administrative field;
- Knowledge or experience in housing or preventative maintenance;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to re-prioritize, as needed, in a fast pace environment;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a commitment to teamwork;
