Dispensary Manager

We are a cannabis company serving communities throughout Montana.

We are seeking a hardworking, honest, and dependable team member to fill the role of Dispensary Manager at our Whitefish location. Responsibilities include customer care and sales, cash management, scheduling, inventory management, deliveries, maintenance of the website and POS system, packaging, cleaning, and overall facility maintenance with possible cross-training opportunities.

• Strong customer service skills
• Calm, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the industry!
• Position covers sales and deliveries, managing inventory and ordering, merchandise and CBD, POS and website maintenance (including graphics, data input, adjustments), cleaning and assisting with maintenance projects, packaging flower.
• Key attributes for success: ability to show up for work consistently and on time, excellent communication skills and ability to listen and follow instructions, honesty and integrity, desire to learn how a successful cannabis company works, hard worker. We need a self-starter who can follow directions, work hard and fast and do things right the first time.
• Computer literacy is a requirement
• Must be comfortable managing employees and large amounts of cash and inventory
• Driver's license is a requirement

Pay starts at $20/hour depending on experience, plus tips (cash take home daily and debit card tips on paychecks, estimated between $2 and $8 per hour).

Full-time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits. We provide employees with in-store credit monthly, worth 1 oz or the equivalent, for full-time employees, as well as a 50% discount on select brands.

There are opportunities for advancement with regards to both pay and responsibility with our company. We promote based on merit, not tenure.

• We are open 9 am to 8 pm daily. Schedule will be 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift and evenings and weekends may be required to start. Pay is $20, plus tips (cash take home daily and debit card tips on paychecks, estimated between $2 and $8 per hour.)
