POSITION SUMMARY:
The team at Quaking Aspen is searching for passionate and energetic Delivery Driver/Trimmer candidates for our indoor and greenhouse cultivation facilities located in Gallatin Gateway. This candidate will be responsible for delivering QA product around the state of Montana and trimming dried cannabis flower while not driving.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- None
CORE TASKS:
- Drive and deliver cannabis products across Montana with accuracy, professionalism, and compliantly.
- Manicure and trim dried cannabis flower to finished product specifications
- Maintain and clean cannabis trimming tools and equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices
- Maintain a clean work area and assist management with proper curing and inventory duties
- Perform regular inventory audits as required
- Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by management
- Have fun and encourage a great plant-centric culture
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- High school level education
- 2 or more years of experience in an agriculture and/or general labor position
- Professionalism, punctuality, and trustworthiness
- Proficiency with basic control systems and tools/equipment
- Previous experience working with cannabis plants (bonus)
- Ability to work with a close knit team (required)
- A passion and interest in cannabis (required)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- A valid Montana ID and drivers license
- A clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- 21 years of age
WORKING CONDITIONS (SCHEDULE, ENVIRONMENT, TRAVEL):
- Flexible schedule required
- Indoor and greenhouse agriculture environment, some heat
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
