Duties
- Fabricate custom signs using a variety of materials such as vinyl, metal, acrylic, and wood, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and design specifications.
- Prepare detailed design files for print production, including layout design, color management, and file formatting for different media types.
- Operate sign manufacturing equipment like CNC routers, vinyl cutters, and digital printers to produce high-quality signage.
- Install signs on various surfaces—walls, poles, windows—using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure secure and professional mounting.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to interpret design concepts, provide updates on project progress, and address any installation challenges promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage inventory of materials and tools, and ensure all safety protocols are followed during fabrication and installation processes.

- Technical skills in sign production equipment operation including vinyl cutters, digital printers, CNC routers, and related machinery.
- Strong understanding of basic hand/power tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret design files for accurate fabrication and installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure precise measurements and quality finishes.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials safely, work at heights when necessary, and stand or walk for extended periods during installation tasks.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members while maintaining a professional attitude.
