What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter Contractor position at Aspen Ridge Property Services?
Flexible opportunity to earn some extra money!
Looking for a porter (to keep the parking lot picked up and clean) in the Happy Valley/Clackamas/SE Portland/Oak Grove areas for several properties.
We have 5 properties we are looking to cover. Several are serviced 2x per week, one is serviced 3x per week, and one is serviced 1x per week. You can choose however many work for your schedule.
Walk the parking lot checking for trash, emptying out trash bins, monitoring property for graffiti or property damage, etc.
Must have vehicle to get to the properties.
Must have cell phone and ability to download apps that we use to communicate with our team.
We provide training and all necessary materials.
Pay usually works out to be $20 - $25/hour
Flexibility on what time of day or night you wish to service the parking lots.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
