What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Mowing Foreman position at Aspen Ridge Lawn & Landscape?
Aspen Ridge provides mowing/ property care services to both commercial and residential properties in and around the Black Hills. We pride ourselves in maintaining some of the most attractive properties and outdoor spaces in the area. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as our newest Lawn Mowing Foreman. Our Foremen are responsible for leading their crews to complete their weekly mowing routes in the summer and snow removal routes in the winter. This position is full-time year-round!
Job Responsibilities
-Leading the crew on job completion
-Tracking labor hours and completing documentation for job completion
-Mentoring crew members
-Routine weekly lawn care
-As needed Fertilizer and herbicide application
-Repairing basic irrigation issues
-Monitoring efficiencies of the crew
-Training new mowers and property care technicians
-Snow Removal work over the winter months
-Communicating with the account Manager of any property enhancement details
Jobs Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper or similar occupation
- Detail orientated
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
- First-rate customer service skills
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and communication skill
- Year round employment
