Job Summary
Our After School Program Instructional Aides will work under the direction of Site Leads and the Expanded Learning Director. After-School Program Instructional Aides will assist Site Lead with preparing for daily program activities, taking attendance, student supervision, and facilitating engaging learning and enrichment activities for TK-6th grade students at our elementary school sites, or 7th-9th grade students at our middle/high school campus. **Please refer to the link for a full job description**
Requirements / Qualifications
Must meet one of the three following requirements: (1) at least 1 year of experience working with school aged students in a classroom environment; (2) have earned an Associate Degree (AA) or at least two years of higher education (equivalent to 48 college units); or (3) have passed a local academic assessment that evaluates the ability to assist in instructing reading/language arts, writing, and mathematics. Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Suite. Must provide a (Negative) TB Test (within last 24 months). Must pass DOJ Livescan background check. Must have valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation (ability to travel between multiple school sites).
